Help Save Puppy

I have just read Saewei blog,
Her recent post is about how people at Pulau Ketam can be so cruel and selfish by giving lame excuses about stray dogs.

I am a puppy or dogs lover, maybe because i am born at the year of dog. I can't bear people beating or torturing dogs especially STARVING them .
